In the condominium area our firm works with developers at each stage of a project including drafting and negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, obtaining acquisition and construction financing, securing permits, and drafting and recording the governing documents for the condominium. MTM provides on-going advice and direction to our developer clients to help avoid legal complications that could delay, interfere with or increase the costs of construction, marketing and conveying units in the project.
